Zero Tolerance
Sloan Medical Centre strongly support the NHS policy on zero tolerance.
That is, no verbal, drunken or violent abuse by any patient will be tolerated.
Any person exhibiting violent, abusive or threatening behaviour towards the doctor, practice staff or any other person present within the practice premises, will immediately be removed from the practice list.
If necessary we will not hesitate in contacting the local police for assistance.
Our premises are equipped with CCTV and recording 24 hours a day.
