The Sloan Medical Centre is always looking for ways to improve the services it offers to patients. To do this effectively, the practice needs to know what you think about the services you receive.
Tell us what we do best, where we don't meet your expectations plus any ideas and suggestions you may have. Only by listening to you can the practice continue to build and improve upon the service it offers.

We take complaints very seriously. If you would like to make a complaint regarding the surgery or the services we offer, please contact our Practice Manager by telephone or, if you prefer, in writing.

NHS Choices
We would really welcome your comments about our services and how we are doing as a Medical Centre. We provide over 250 Doctor, Nurse and Healthcare Assistant appointments each day and the majority of our patients receive a great service. Friends & Family
Our friends and family test is a single question asking, "How likely are you to recommend our service to friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment?"
