We are looking to recruit a Salaried GP to complement our experienced and diverse team. The position is fixed term for 6 months to cover MAT leave. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious GP to join our friendly, progressive team based in a dynamic Medical Centre in Sheffield. We offer a chance to join a well-established Training Practice with a high performing team to further develop a practice trailblazing future Primary Care.

Our premises are modern, and purpose built. Our team consists of 4 Partners, 6 Salaried GP's and a well established Nursing team including Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Practice Nurses, a Nurse Associate, HCA's and Phlebotomist. We use SystmOne, Ardrens and Accurx computer systems. We are a well-established Training Practice for GP Registrars, Medical and Nursing Students. We have over 14,000 patients over two sites and our list size is growing year on year.
We are leaders in Women's Health with a weekly Woman's Health Service offering LARC, coils and implants, and pride ourselves in keeping up to date with the management of menopause symptoms. We also host the Sheffield Sexual Health Hub.
Through our PCN membership we have had opportunity to work collaboratively across our Network area. We have had opportunity to work alongside a number of ARRS roles including Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Physiotherapists, Primary Care Mental Health team, Mental Health Practitioner, Health Coach as well as a Social Prescribing team.
We have a very supportive and enthusiastic Management team, excellent Patient Services and Administrative support staff.

We hold weekly team meetings including MDT, SEA and educational sessions. We also hold more informal daily lunchtime meetings for all clinical staff. In addition, we allocate each GP an extra CPD session on a rota basis to allow all members of the team to contribute to keeping us cutting edge.
• 6 months fixed term - August 2024 - January 2025
• 6 sessions (Wednesday - Friday)
• £10,200-£10,500 dependant on experience
• NHS Pension
• 6 weeks annual leave and 1 week study, pro rata
