If you have lived or travelled to Italy, Iran, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Republic of Korea, Singapore, Taiwan or Thailand in the last 28 days and have one or more of the following symptoms please self isolate and call 111.
DO NOT VISIT THE MEDICAL CENTRE
Acute respiratory infection
or
Possible pneumonia
or
Acute respiratory infection, including at least one of;
- Shortness of breath
- Cough (with or without fever)
- Fever with no other symptoms
If you have been in contact with a confirmed case of Coronavirus you must self isolate and call 111
