Patients Not Attending Appointments

As of the 20 December we have had over 200 appointments unused due to patients not cancelling when they don't require their appointment with a GP, Nurse or Healthcare Assistant.
If you book an appointments but decide you don't require it anymore please text us on 07493 362401 to cancel.
Don't need it, Cancel it!
