Patients who do not attend (DNA's)

In November 302 appointments were booked and patients did not attend without cancelling.
That's an average of 14 appointments per day in November.
Equivalent to 50 hours of unused GP and Nurse time that could have been used to see other patient's.
If you are unable to attend your appointment please call 0114 2581554 or text your name date and time of appointment to 07493 362401 to cancel.
