Telephone Access for Patients

To help us improve our services for our patients we regularly review the feedback you give us.
Over the last 12 months we have received feedback that when our phone lines go off between 12-1.30pm each day it causes problems for you to call us back after we leave a message or for you to get in touch while on you lunch break. You told us this was very frustrating.
We do listen to feedback and can announce that from the 1 November 2019 we will be leaving our phone lines on, allowing you to call us throughout the day.
